About Finance Manager

This is a highly sought-after position in the field of financial management, where you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's finances.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Produce budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze variances and trends.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Financial Statements: Prepare, review, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Detailed Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and improve profitability.

Cash & Treasury Management:

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital; maintain banking relationships.
  • Treasury Functions: Oversee treasury functions: lines of credit, interest, FX exposure, liquidity.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Financial Regulations: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • Audits & Compliance: Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax advisors.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise finance/accounting staff, provide coaching and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally (e.g., with sales, procurement, ops) for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis.

Process Improvement:

  • Efficiency Initiatives: Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems.
  • ERP/Financial Software: Maintain and upgrade ERP/financial software; standardize workflows.
