Job Title: Governance Professional – Health Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Professional with expertise in healthcare quality standards, process improvement methodologies, and risk management techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, driving continuous process improvements, and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality standards across health operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor governance systems aligned with healthcare standards.
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to ensure organizational integrity.
  • Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and reduce variability.
  • Analyze governance metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Conduct training programs for staff on governance tools and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve governance-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in patient safety and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Risk Management Certification (e.g., ARM, CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Control Charts.
