We are an IT solutions company that specializes in data center solutions, cybersecurity, professional services, and digital workplace innovations. We are looking for a dedicated GeM/Tender Manager to join our team.

This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

  • Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GeM operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
