Tender Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing multiple tenders, particularly in the flyash disposal sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying floating tenders from various power plants across India and guiding the team to participate, plan, and forecast new tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and monitor multiple tenders related to Flyash disposal
  • Forecast tender opportunities from various power plants
  • Identify optimal rates based on location and market conditions
  • Coordinate bid submission documents and activities
  • Organize and lead cross-functional teams in tendering/bidding processes
  • Establish relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and frameworks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience in tenders and bids
  • Proven track record in managing multiple tenders and bids
  • Strong connections with government bodies and channels for tender identification
  • Excellent knowledge in preparing bid/tender documents
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills
