Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead the development of Mixed-Signal ICs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog and mixed-signal design, with a proven track record of taking projects from concept to high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in circuit architecture development, technical feasibility studies, and detailed block-level specifications to drive project success.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure delivery of high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for DFT and DFM features.
  • Work closely with verification teams to define verification matrices and ensure seamless integration with digital design.
  • Perform transistor-level design and simulation using industry-leading EDA tools.
  • Lead comprehensive design reviews and supervise layout designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • M.Tech/M.S. with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 6 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex analog-mixed signal projects, including oscilloscopes, ADCs, DACs, temperature sensors, PLLs, and low-noise op-amps.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of layout effects, post-layout extraction, and verifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
