We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development of analog mixed-signal ICs and own the top-level schematic.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and review block designer work
- Hold design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect the chip for DFT
- Design analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS or BiCMOS processes, perform transistor-level design and simulation using industry-leading EDA tools, and participate in top-level AMS verification
This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in circuit architecture development, technical feasibility studies, writing detailed block-level specifications and review documents, and detailed design and simulation of oscillators, ADCs, DACs, temperature sensors, PLLs, low-noise op-amps, regulators, and bandgap circuits in CMOS or BiCMOS processes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams of mixed-signal, digital, and verification engineers, and drive solutions to challenging problems independently.
Requirements- Strong background in electrical engineering
- Experience in designing analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS or BiCMOS processes
- Proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an 'ownership' mindset.
