As a seasoned analog and mixed-signal design engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative architectures and circuits in CMOS processes. Your expertise in analyzing technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric trade-offs will enable you to meet aggressive technical performance specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits
  • Analyzing and optimizing technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs
  • Performing transistor-level design and simulation using industry-leading EDA tools
  • Leading comprehensive design reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Supervising analog circuit physical design layout and editing layouts

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Ph.D. with 2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production, as well as proficiency with EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools.

Additional requirements include extensive knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design, ability to supervise layout designers, and experience with post-layout extraction and verification.
