Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to develop cutting-edge precision timing solutions.
Job Overview:- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS processes, pushing the boundaries of innovation.
- Analyze technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs to meet challenging technical performance specifications, driving product excellence.
Maintain transistor-level design and simulation using industry-leading EDA tools. Lead comprehensive design reviews and supervise Analog Circuit Physical Design Layout and edit layouts to ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve DFT, DFM features, and accelerate silicon bring-up and time to production release, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Perform post-layout parasitic-extraction and back-annotated simulations to validate design, ensuring Six-Sigma quality and yields.
Conduct Monte Carlo Analysis on key circuits to guarantee robustness and reliability.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Design-of Experiments for Root Cause Analysis, anomalous observations in silicon across PVT conditions, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Participate in the bring-up of silicon prototypes, showcasing expertise and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MTech/M.S or Ph.D. with relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, demonstrated by a strong academic record and industry achievements.
- A proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production, highlighting leadership and technical prowess.
- Extensive knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design, ability to supervise layout designers, and proficiency with EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, Mixed-mode AMS tools, Layout XL.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently, drive solutions to challenging problems, and effectively communicate with geographically dispersed teams.
