We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Manager to lead our team in delivering successful ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, ITSM, and Agile project management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Agile teams in planning, tracking work, and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business users to understand requirements.
  • Facilitate project workshops, training, testing, and go-live support.
  • Provide technical solutions and integrations with LDAP, SSO, and other technologies.

Requirements:



  • 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 8 years in the IT industry.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow implementation and various modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.).
  • Proficient in Angular-based client-side & server-side scripting, JavaScript, and ITILv4 processes.
  • ServiceNow Administration certification is a must, other certifications a plus.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
