Job Title: Business Development Specialist

  • Employvision is seeking a Business Development Specialist with expertise in US Federal Government Contracting.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and Bid Management: End-to-end handling of lead generation, capture management, and bid management.
  • Proposal Writing: Hands-on experience in proposal writing, including preparing compelling solutions and proposals for federal government contracts.
  • Business Development: Identifying and proposing improvements or innovations to services, product functionality, or processes.
  • Sales Collaterals: Preparing customer/vertical-specific sales collaterals, including capability presentations, case studies, solution documents, and white papers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant pre-sales and proposal writing experience in an IT services or staffing company.
  • US Federal Government Contracting: Understanding of US Federal government contracting, including contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform, and IDIQs.
  • Skills: Strong presentation skills, well-versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to navigate stakeholders to design compelling solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
