As a high-level administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing executive calendars, arranging meetings and events, and overseeing logistics.
You will also be responsible for editing and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. As the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders, you will ensure seamless communication and coordination.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries. You will monitor project deadlines and facilitate timely follow-ups, ensuring efficient task completion.
You will attend meetings as requested and document minutes or action items, while organizing and maintaining documents, records, and confidential files. Furthermore, you will provide assistance with personal tasks and errands as needed.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Discretion and confidentiality are essential when handling sensitive information, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is required, and knowledge of event planning and travel coordination is highly desirable. If you have a graduate degree and proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, we encourage you to apply.
