Job Title: Business Development Lead (Corporate Engagement)

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients for our B2B upskilling programs. The successful individual will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning and development needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
