Pre-Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at Incubex Coworking Office Space program. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers and generating high-quality leads. Your main responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team. You will also maintain an updated database of leads and track progress, providing valuable insights for future improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and initiate outbound calls to explain the benefits of Incubex Coworking Office services.
- Qualify leads based on interest, business needs, and budget, ensuring that they meet our sales criteria.
- Schedule follow-ups and appointments for the sales team to close deals, ensuring a smooth lead handover process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies, based on market feedback and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain an updated database of leads, tracking progress and providing valuable insights for future improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process, resulting in successful conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, outbound calling, or tele-sales (experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or B2B services is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high call volumes, staying focused and motivated throughout.
