Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Consultant to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will be given leads and they will be responsible for persuading business owners to engage in a conversation, identifying their key challenges, qualifying their fitment for our coaching program, and, if they meet the criteria, scheduling Zoom video meetings between the business owners and the Senior Business Sales Consultant.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn about business and grow in sales.

You will be working with one of the largest business coaching and consulting organizations in Asia that supports MSME businesses. This role will give you exposure to business owners across 196+ industries and you will be speaking to some of the most credible entrepreneurs across South East Asia.

Job Overview ● Job Type: Full-time ● Location: Bangalore ● Department: Sales ● Academic Qualification: Any graduate/postgraduate ● Reports To: Sales Manager ● Experience Desired: 1-year experience with Inside Sales or Consultative Sales. Entrepreneurial experience or dealing with education products would be a definite plus.

Responsibilities 1. Generating Meetings and Ensuring Attendance ● Conduct outbound calls for the leads given by the company of (minimum 5 hours per day) decision-makers, persuading them to book sales meetings. ● Follow up via WhatsApp Business messaging to nurture leads and increase meeting booking rates. ● Ensure high show-up rates for scheduled meetings through reminder calls. ● Coordinate effectively between prospects and the Senior Business Sales Consultant. ● Regularly practice sales scripts to refine tonality and persuasion skills.

2. Data Management & CRM Updation ● Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM system. ● Maintain a structured database of prospects, tracking key performance metrics. ● Provide timely updates on lead statuses and progress.

3. Developing Sales Skills & Business Knowledge ● Enhance sales skills, persuasion skills and objection-handling skills through training. ● Learn business acumen to qualify prospects effectively for the right program.
