Role Description
As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will be doing webinars or consultative 1-1 demos for our potential learners. Your responsibility includes understanding their professional needs and seeing how Crio can help them.
Requirements
- Excellent oral communication & presentation skills
- Excellent conversational & convincing skills
- Should be comfortable doing live webinars over platforms similar to Zoom and GMeet
- Good sales intuition
- Should have inclination to pick up some basic tech skills
- BE-IT/CS/MCA preferred; Other degrees also welcome if your communication/presentation skills are excellent and if you are willing to pick up some basic tech
- [Preferred] 1+ year experience in B2B or B2C pre-sales
- [Preferred] Some tech exposure through degree or previous job
- Ability to work in a 6 day work schedule up to 10 PM including Sat/Sun. Shift timing/days will be decided by the team.
Responsibilities
- Understand Crios product deeply and counsel our potential users on how it can help achieve their career goals
- Do 1-1 live session over zoom calls
- Do 1-many webinar sessions over zoom calls
- Follow team processes in CRM tool as appropriate
