Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing talent-focused programs to enhance engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, addressing grievances, supporting performance management, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions, ensuring operational excellence in HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and development of talent-focused programs.

Qualifications

  • 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices.
