Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing HRIS to manage employee data and streamline recruitment processes
- Assisting with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conducting background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback
- Assisting with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation sessions
- Providing support with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
