We are seeking an experienced professional to optimize global trade processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and improve supply chain efficiency. This role requires a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements for global trade and compliance processes.
  • Design and implement solutions, customizing functionalities such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
  • Configure systems to support various global trade processes, including import/export management and customs documentation.
  • Develop custom enhancements and integrations as needed to extend functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize global trade processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage master data for global trade, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide technical support for users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of system functionalities.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
  • Integrate with other modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems.
  • Monitor the performance of solutions and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in configuring and implementing solutions.
  • Expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in customizing system functionalities for import/export management, trade compliance, and customs documentation.
  • Experience in integrating with other modules and external systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues and data discrepancies.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills.
