Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Trade Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, responsible for preparing export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely export documentation, including proforma invoices and commercial invoices;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade-related tasks;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements;
  • Foster effective communication with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners;
  • Analyze and resolve complex trade-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international trade or business administration;
  • Strong knowledge of export-import documentation, procedures, and regulations;
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word;
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
