
Growing Relationships Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Growth Specialist to develop strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals and drive business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, identifying opportunities to offer customized wealth solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals to grow existing client bases and attract new ones.
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue through the sale of wealth products such as PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, and Insurance.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of retail liabilities and market trends to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and issues related to banking services.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CASA Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, portfolio management, and wealth product sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
