HR Operations Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled HR Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Handle the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
    • Manage the onboarding process and documentation
  • Payroll Processing
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Employee Relations & Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
    • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
    • Address employee queries and grievances effectively
    • Support employee engagement activities and events
  • HR Documentation & Compliance
    • Prepare and maintain HR policies, letters, appointment, and relieving letters
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
