Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in a specific geographic area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our customer base. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote Class Saathi.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in a specific geographic area.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including identifying their needs and preferences.
- Identify market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Class Saathi and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales strategy development and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of education technology or edtech industry is a plus.

Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Mysore/Mangalore.
