We are seeking bright, motivated engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world political and social challenges.

The program is a 2-month internship designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics, and public policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive training programs to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.
  • Participate in workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
  • Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  • Analyse relevant public datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  • Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or recent graduate.
  • Demonstrate strong interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • Foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
