Backend Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, performance tracking, and presentation development to ensure seamless day-to-day operations including position allocation prioritization and job postings.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an absolute essential for success in this role, with adeptness in managing ATS tools such as Ceipal and expert analysis of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of teams. Excellent experience in preparing review presentations and client decks for presentation performance evaluation.

Regular MIS reports are necessary for internal and external stakeholders, as well as public job boards.
