Technical Support Specialist Job

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team in India.

Job Summary:

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues for employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Offer support in French and English for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed timelines or escalate when necessary.
  • Log all incidents and requests accurately in the Service Management tool.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support remote users and ensure proper functionality of VPN, remote desktops, and other remote access tools.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role (1–6 years preferred).
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
