Product Marketing Manager Role at Onsurity

We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for our employee healthcare benefits platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective product positioning strategies to highlight unique selling points and address customer pain points.
  • Create compelling messaging and communication materials to convey the value proposition of our products to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, considering factors such as pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into user preferences and behavior, informing product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Develop high-quality content, including product collateral, website content, and sales presentations, to support marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors, staying informed about market dynamics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment between product goals and overall business objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and overall product performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product marketing role.
  • Bachelor's/master's in marketing, Business, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, especially in B-2-B-2-C segment.
  • Superior analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • A content-focused approach, emphasizing awareness and adoption.
  • Proficiency with tools like CleverTap, HubSpot, and LeadSquared.
  • Aptitude for cross-team collaboration.
