Job Title: Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth operations at the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via various platforms (email, social media, etc.)
  • Monitor shipments daily to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery
  • Manage inventory for packaging materials and restock as needed
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges effectively
  • Coordinate order dispatches and reimbursements efficiently
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through active feedback collection and service improvement
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities
