Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Encompass System Administrator to manage and maintain our loan origination system. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, providing user support, and maintaining compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) to meet business requirements.
  • Manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades:

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology vendors.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management:

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations, as well as familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) and relevant certifications.
