We are seeking a seasoned Account Strategist to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional products or services.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing account plans, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting products or services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact and establishing trust to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align products or services with client objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and work closely with the sales team to explore new revenue streams.
  • Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership.
