Hire a seasoned professional to drive partnerships and revenue growth for our client, a pioneering community management platform transforming gated communities in India.
The ideal candidate will leverage their network and industry expertise to secure bulk orders and onboard clients onto our platform. The key responsibilities include:
- Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to acquire new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Present the platform's value proposition to potential partners, securing long-term contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Required Skills:
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
Requirements: 7-12 years of experience in agency/brand sales, partnerships, or business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry. Education should be MBA. Location can be anywhere in the country but preferably in major cities like Mumbai or Gurgaon.
