  • This Collections Expert will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls for our international process, focusing on collections.
  • He/She will manage both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) collection efforts.
  • As part of this role, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support while effectively resolving collection-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international collections with expertise and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and service standards.
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international collections (B2B, B2C) and voice process.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately.
