Job Title: Collection Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Sector-136, Noida

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Collection Executives to join our international voice process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan/credit card collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections for Credit Card, Business Loan, Commercial Loan, Equipment Loan, or similar portfolios.
  • Handle B2B and Credit Card collections in line with US collection policies.
  • Engage with customers through international voice process (outbound calling/manual or dialer-based).
  • Negotiate and persuade customers for repayment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records in Sales and Collection portals and other relevant software tools.
  • Deliver on daily call targets, productivity, and workload management while ensuring quality interactions.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory experience in collections (Credit Card/Loans/Commercial).
  • Knowledge of US Collection Policies with a focus on B2B/Credit Card collections.
  • Experience in international voice processes (majority of career should be in voice).
  • Strong communication skills (articulate, fluent in English – verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in Sales/Collection portals and relevant software.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and outbound collection processes.
