Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for visiting clients at their residences for timely payment collections and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers' homes as per the scheduled route plan for payment follow-ups and collections.
  • Explain outstanding dues and clarify any queries the customer may have.
  • Ensure on-time collection of payments and submit reports to the accounts team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure future payment compliance.
  • Handle grievances politely and escalate any concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Finance departments for updated dues and payment statuses.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, field collection, or related role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or collection software preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler (if applicable) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
