Job Title: B2B Collection Head (Soft Collections)

Location: Sector -132, Noida

Remuneration: Rs. 4,80,000 Rs. 6,00,000 per annum

Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in Collection.

About the Company:

We are a leading valuation firm working as an empanelled vendor partner for major Banks and NBFCs across India. We provide property valuation, technical verification, and related financial services with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a B2B Collection Head (Soft Collections) who will be responsible for maintaining client payment records, ensuring smooth coordination with Bank/NBFC partners, and handling pending payment follow-ups in a professional and client-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update a complete database of pending client payments.

  2. Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

  3. Coordinate with Bank and NBFC teams via emails, calls, and meetings.

  4. Handle all communication related to pending invoices and payments in a polite and professional manner.

  5. Schedule and conduct bank visits or meetings when required.

  6. Prepare MIS reports and trackers for management review.

  7. Ensure timely follow-ups without hampering client relationships.

  8. Support the accounts and Billing team in payment-related coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.

  2. Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, data reconciliation, etc.).

  3. Excellent communication and email drafting skills.

  4. Soft-spoken and professional attitude with client handling experience.

  5. Ability to represent the organization effectively during client interactions.

Preference: Experience in Collections / Client Coordination / Account Reconciliation Preferred.
