Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our team at ADVENXA. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
  2. Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.
  4. Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  6. Achieve targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Travel requirement: Up to 70% travel.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Banking.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Good understanding of financial products and services.
  6. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  7. Results-oriented and target-driven.
