Sales Promoter

**Product Promotion & Sales**:
- Actively promote Vismay products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and provide expert product recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and addressing customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Product Knowledge & Merchandising**:
- Stay updated on Vismay's product range, new arrivals, promotions, and trends.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of products to ensure an attractive and engaging store display.
- Ensure the products are well-stocked and organized on the sales floor.
- **Sales Support**:
- Maintain product displays and assist with inventory management.
- Participate in stock audits and help with replenishing inventory as required.
- Assist in store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to the store manager.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance the store's overall performance.
- Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude with colleagues and management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and driving sales.
- Good product knowledge and ability to demonstrate features and benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- **Additional Requirements**:
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
