
Human Resources Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function. You will be responsible for managing employee records, preparing reports and documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- General HR Support: Assist with organizing HR-related meetings, events, or training sessions, and maintain inventory of HR supplies and forms.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
