About this role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public-private partnership transaction structuring, financial modeling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

This position involves working closely with clients, managing transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable project structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee public-private partnership transaction advisory assignments from conceptualization to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on project structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare request for proposal, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in public-private partnership transaction advisory, with strong financial modeling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
