Operations Management Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Operations Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will drive process improvements, manage workflows, and analyze campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Google AppSheet and Google Spreadsheets, with hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Analytical mindset, ability to interpret data and provide recommendations, detail-oriented organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Optimization: Manage and optimize workflows using Google AppSheet to ensure smooth automation and data handling.
  • Data Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain accurate and consistent Google Spreadsheets for operational data.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor, manage, and analyze campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to align with business objectives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and operational activities, sharing actionable insights with the management team.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task execution and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Google AppSheet and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
