Operations Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through operational excellence.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee and optimize all facets of our operations, from project execution to procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing. They will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and end-to-end execution of turnkey projects
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, cash flow, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects from start to finish
  • Identify risks early and implement contingency plans as needed
  • Build high-performance teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, design, finance, and operations teams

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (instrumentation or electrical preferred)
  • ~15–20 years of experience in operations management within automation, industrial engineering, or turnkey project environments
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale automation projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, electrical systems, process automation, and turnkey execution
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, lean methodologies, and project management tools
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
