Strategic Operations Partner

This is a full-time, hybrid contract role. The Strategic Operations Partner will assist in strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations.

The role involves coordinating between departments, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Centre of Excellence Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social).
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and costs.
  • Run Agile workflows for content operations.
  • Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).
  • Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Strategic Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Essential: Very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal, and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Preferable: A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
