Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Wealth Manager to join our team. As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their financial goals and requirements.

You will conduct regular follow-ups with leads, tagging them in relevant news articles and broadcasts. Your goal is to increase the client base by meeting new clients, referencing existing investors to build assets under management.

Timely portfolio reviews for existing investors will also be initiated, and you will have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed of market trends.

Regular updates will be shared with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc. You will also coordinate marketing activities with the regional marketing team and product team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent socializing and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply
  • A confident individual who can present themselves well in front of clients
  • Ability to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and possess strong logical and numerical abilities
  • Emotional stability and conscientiousness when dealing with targets
  • Familiarity with company guidelines and compliance needs
Benefits

Candidates with 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory are preferred.

Possession of relevant certifications is an added advantage.

Exposure to various wealth instruments, including insurance, FD, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc. is also desirable.

A proven track record of assets under management generation is essential.
