Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Prioritize collaboration with business leaders to design effective hiring strategies and understand workforce requirements.
  • Source high-caliber candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
  • Create compelling job postings, evaluate resumes, conduct HR assessments, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Negotiate salaries, extend offers, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports for senior leadership review.
  • Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and pipeline creation for critical roles.
  • Recruit mid- and senior-level professionals, including sales leaders, team managers, and other key positions.
  • Foster employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a graduate degree with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Possess prior experience in sales recruitment, wealth management hiring, or banking sales recruitment.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the equity market and its recruitment nuances.
  • Be proficient in English, Kannada (compulsory), and Hindi (preferable).
  • Exhibit hands-on experience with recruitment software, online platforms, and other digital tools.
  • Showcase exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Display a proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach, with the ability to meet deadlines.
