
Strategic Wealth Management Professional

The role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in wealth management and private banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) client portfolios, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored wealth planning strategies for HNI/UHNI clients, including investment advisory and risk management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, family offices, and senior professionals, leveraging a personal network to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, providing strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
- Advise clients on a wide range of investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
- Provide comprehensive wealth planning guidance, including tax-efficient investment strategies and succession planning advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
- Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining transparent and ethical practices throughout.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate/MBA/CA/CFA qualification preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable firm.
- Proven individual contributor track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
- Established network of HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
- High integrity with a client-first mindset.
