Financial Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, wealth management, or investment products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and engage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) interested in real estate investments.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Candidate Engagement
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their investment appetite and suitability.
  • Educate prospects about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for senior Financial Advisors or Investment Specialists to close opportunities.
  • Trend Analysis
  • Stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Fundraising teams to achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, inside sales, or financial advisory experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
