Job Title:

Senior Process Executive

We are seeking experienced candidates from the capital market domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation in internal systems and proprietary software.
  • Responsible for quality control on securities entered onto proprietary software.
  • Identifying discrepancies and making necessary updates to reconcile data. Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred, with demonstrated experience in financial services operations or similar roles.

Work Environment: 24/5 shift. Immediate to 30 days notice period.

Required Skills: Excellent comprehension and articulation skills, knowledge of industry activities - middle and back office capital market operations (securities operations, wealth and asset management operations, exposure to financial instruments & financial markets).

Preferred Skills: Experience in capital market/mutual funds/investment banking/financial services/banking, hands-on experience in documents like prospectus, annual report, KIID, and factsheet, solid understanding of security market and mutual fund operations is beneficial.
