About the Role

As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients through timely updates, resolution of issues, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with operational, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Support account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and maintain proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on our services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or a related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
