Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in driving campus placements and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners.

  • Corporate Outreach: Visit corporates in respective regions to drive home opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with corporates to build and maintain strong connects with hiring teams.
  • Industry Partnerships: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships.
  • Candidate Alignment: Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position the learner pool effectively.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle – JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness.
  • Process Efficiency: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Results Focus: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
