Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with our hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, skills needed, and departmental demands.
  • Job Description Development: Assist in crafting and publishing job descriptions across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage suitable candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit within our organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and extend job offers to selected candidates in a timely manner.
  • Candidate Communication: Ensure effective and accurate communication with candidates during the entire recruitment process.
  • Hiring Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements while handling multiple recruitment processes.
  • Recruitment Strategy Advice: Provide strategic guidance to managers on hiring strategies, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and maintain accurate records related to recruitment and hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹850,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
