About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled talent acquisition professional to lead and manage a team of recruiters, partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Foster and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards, to expand our talent pool and source top talent.
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver against recruitment plans and achieve hiring targets.
- Analyze and interpret recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
